Addison, Texas (ADS) - Million Air Dallas was rated recently in the well known Industry Report; ProPilot (Professional Pilot Magazine) in their 39th annual survey, PRASE, as No. 4 in the Top 10 FBO’s in the United States and will be featured in their July 2012 issue. This ranking is up 6 places from 2011. In addition, Million Air was rated as the Best Large FBO chain. “We are very proud and honored to be considered so highly, because it reflects the confidence placed in us by pilots and clients from across the U.S.A.,” stated Jack Hopkins, President of Million Air Dallas.
Million Air Dallas continues to rank highest in not only surveys, but all the industry safety ratings amongst the approximate 3,500 FBOs in the U.S.A. alone. In 2008, a $2 Million Dollar renovation was completed at the current facility, and along with the remodeling, jets were added to the existing fleet increasing the number to the largest held in North Texas.

Addison, Texas (ADS) – Million Air Dallas hosted their third annual Wings & Wheels event in their new private 40,000 sq. ft. hangar on Saturday, April 21, 2012. With a display of private aircraft that included the newest addition to the fleet, a Challenger 850, the “Wings” were spectacular. The “Wheels” included some of the finest exotic collectible automobiles in the DFW area, which car owners exhibited with pride!
The afternoon weather was amazing with sunshine and fair winds! Attendees were greeted withflutes of champagne and friendly smiles. Million Air dazzled guests at its new hangar decorated with red carpet where partners displayed upscale goods and services, along with the finest wheels in Dallas for leisurely viewing. Guests were offered refreshments and allowed to view inside the jets, meet the pilots, and chat with exhibitors. “This show is even bigger than last year, and I love the layout. This was put together well,” said one enthusiastic guest.
Event highlights included special Emcee, Jody Dean, and Sam Pack’s 1929 LaSalle V-8 Roadster, which won “Best of Show”. There were also awards given to “Best American Car” and “Best Foreign Car”. Platinum Sponsors included; Bachendorf’s, Aston Martin and Frost Bank. Million Air was honored by many sponsors who donated goods and services helping to provide the extra amenities enjoyed by all.
