I have been using Million Air very steadily the past few months and would not do them justice without letting others know about their remarkable service. I can say without a doubt that the level of service from everyone from line to supervisors is unsurpassed. They can be very busy at times but work extremely well assisting arrivals with 'to the door service' with passenger or crew vehicles standing by. Quite often you are met by one of the customer service reps as you deplane. The ramp allows easy discretion for high profile customers as well. If you are searching for an FBO in Dallas, Million Air is the FBO to choose...Period.
Million Air Dallas - Review - "Terrific service each time!"

I have been using Million Air since the beginning of the year, terrific service each time. On our last flight we had an issue where the a/c was using a whole lot more fuel than it should (30-40% more), we filled up after we got in late that night and was pleasantly greeted by I believe his name was John. He spent extra time taking care and offered to look for fuel streaks for us to see if the tanks were leaking. Very nice guy, superb service, and for those of us based on the field not that bad of gas prices. Thanks John, Jeff Carr, and team for a great year so far.
